INTRODUCTION TO THE PRACTICE OF KUM NYE
This Tibetan yoga tradition is a mind-body healing system that relaxes body, senses and mind through body awareness. It uses postures, slow movements and breathing methods to restore wholeness; opening awareness to a point where meditation is spontaneous and effortless. The postures and movements, as well as its self-massage and breathing practices relax the body, calm the breath and still the mind, making this an effective practice for deepening meditation.
